BEST BARBECUE BOOK

For the first time we have created this year this subcategory  for the BBBB award to recognize the quality of these books. Barbecue is now the main way average home cooks relate to the fun of cooking. In France, there event  is a new magazine devoted only to barbecues. M.Boisseau-Beharn, one of the founders of the Périgueux event, is the barbecue pionneer in France.
