Richard Juhlin has become one of the three world authorities on Champagne, and certainly the only one with Champagne television shows. This book won the “Best Book of the Year”  award at the Swedish Cookbook Awards 2003 in Grythyttan, the first time a wine book won ahead of cookbooks.

Honourable Mention:

Vignobles du Piemont Pyrénéen Terroirs, Hommes et Vins
Jean François Dutilh et René Delfaud
Préface: Michel Bettane

(Les Feuilles du Pin à Crochets - France)

The best book published up to now on the wines from French Pyrénées is the beautiful result of a team of experts and a very small local publisher.
